  4. Register for the 15-month practical training program after clearing both CMA Inter groups.
  5. Become a CMA by registering for the final examinations.
  6. Study side-by-side for the Final Exams after the practical training.
  7. A Cost and Management Accountant is someone who passes both final exams.
  8. Last but not least, join ICMAI.

A Cost and Management Accountant must pass 20 papers in total


CMA Course: When Should I Enroll?

When you have completed your class 12th, it is the best time to do CMA. In this way, you can start your CMA preparation early. You can then pursue other courses like CA, CFA, MBA in finance, etc.


Course for the US CMA

It is a professional course offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the USA. This course is recommended for students who are interested in working in Management Accounting in the USA.

There are two parts to the US CMA course and a total of 12 papers. Financial planning, performance & analysis will be the subject of paper 1. Also, in paper 2, you’ll study financial management.

There is a 1.5 to 3-year course duration for the US CMA.
